Account Security Tips

Here are tips every player should follow to protect their own 9wgame Login account.

Use a strong password

Build a password of 8 or more characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Never share it with anyone.

Link your own payment method

KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay — link only your own account, do not use another person's account.

Do not log in on other people's devices

After logging in at a coffee shop, internet café, or someone else's phone, always check that you have logged out.

Watch out for phishing sites

Use only the exact URL 9wgame.run. Look-alike phishing sites can cause you to lose your account.

Change your password regularly

If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately. Then notify us via 24/7 Live Chat.
