9wgame Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use form a legally binding agreement that anyone using the 9wgame platform must follow. Visiting the website, registering an account, or using any service is considered acceptance of these terms.

Each person may register only one account on 9wgame. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, bonus eligibility will be cancelled and the accounts may be closed. Accounts sharing the same IP address from a single household will also be carefully reviewed.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

At registration, you must provide your real name, contact number, and payment details accurately. Withdrawals will only be processed when the information matches what was provided at registration.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from your own payment account only. Deposits from a third party will not be accepted and will be returned. Any bank fees incurred during a Bank Transfer are the responsibility of the sender.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at 9wgame can receive a 150% welcome bonus up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.

• Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, get 30,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• Example — Deposit 280,000 Ks, get 200,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 480,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Usage

A bonus is not prize money — it is funds intended for gameplay only. Withdrawal of any balance that includes a bonus is only permitted after the wagering requirement has been met. Players are responsible for checking their own compliance with the terms before claiming a bonus.

4.3 Stacking Promotions

Combining more than one promotion at the same time is not allowed. If this is detected, the bonus will be voided and the player's account will be reviewed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 9wgame platform—

• Using any software bot, script, or automated tool in gameplay
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (bonus abuse)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Verbally attacking, threatening, or harassing staff, other players, or the platform
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Playing with the intention of extracting only bonus value without risking real money (bonus hedging)

If any of these violations are confirmed, the platform reserves the right to forfeit the player's funds and close the account.

9wgame has 4 VIP levels. Players move up based on their regularity and volume of play—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is credited to the player's account once a week. Withdrawing cashback is not subject to any bonus wagering requirements — only the standard minimum withdrawal of 20,000 Ks applies.

Players may be asked to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) check when requesting a withdrawal or when the platform deems it necessary. The request may include—

• A copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (phone photo, screenshot)

8.1 Game Results

Bets placed on football betting and live games cannot be reversed. Players should make sure they fully understand the rules before placing any bets.

Players must keep their login credentials secure at all times. If an account is accessed due to the player's own negligence, the platform will not be held responsible.

The platform may suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• Violation of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspicious transaction patterns are detected
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Account left inactive for an extended period (inactivity)
• A legal restriction or order is received
